What Is Cash On Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making a prepaid order then you can opt for Cash on Delivery option i.e. you have to make your payment in cash during the time of your item’s delivery. The payment should be strictly in cash. The maximum amount that is acceptable in cash on delivery method is Rs 4000. Payment only in Indian Currency is accepted..

We accept all kinds of credit/debit card. After entering your details you will be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your secure password provided by your bank.
Can i use internet banking method to make my payment?
Yes, Definitely you can use it. It safely enables you to directly transfer your funds from your bank account.

If i want to return or replace an item, what should i check for?
1.Items can be returned or replaced, however if an item is damaged or different from the condition when delivered then there will be no replacement or refund. 2.In case of size fitting issue or wrong shipment delivered, customer care representative should be notified within 10 days of the purchase.

When are returns not acceptable?
1.It becomes difficult to initiate a return after a given timeframe. 2.We do not accept when the item is damaged or broken. Items should not be installed or used. 3.All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order through an e-mail , before the item has been dispatched. Also if the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order. Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
How long it will take to complete the cancellation request?
It would take 1-2 working days to cancel the order and you will be notified by a call or an e-mail regarding the cancellation. If the item has already been dispatched then it would take around 7 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete.

How to track your order?
A shipping confirmation with your tracking id will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use that tracking id to track your order by going on shipping partner and clicking on “track your order’. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order that you have placed.
